Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including telecommunications, energy, food and beverage and security.
  • Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Build long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer journey.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and attend industry events to generate leads.

  • Proven success in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation:

All positions offer guaranteed pay with uncapped commission. Minimum OTE of £35k, with top performers earning between £50k-£60k.
